2NE1 CONFIRMED TO RETURN TO KOREA~
Popular girl group 2NE1 traveled to Japan recently to make their highly anticipated debut with “Go Away“, however, the deadly 8.9-magnitude earthquake and subsequent tsunami caused for a drastic change in plans.
2NE1’s representatives spoke with Star News and revealed, “2NE1 will return home on the 12th by a plane. All members are safe and doing just fine.”
Many fans were worried over the girls’ safety, however Sandara Park and Park Bom both reassured fans with updates on their personal me2day.
Meanwhile, it’s been officially reported that the total death count from the earthquake has exceeded 400, but it’s expected to rise greatly.
Our prayers go out to those affected by the monstrous natural disaster.

AFTER SCHOOL UEE SHED TEARS ON "RUNNING MAN" ?
The upcoming episode of SBS’s “Running Man” will feature After School’s UEE and actor Park Joon Gyu, who will both participate in a restaurant
tour.
The challenge took place in front of Hongik University, and over 20 restaurants were visited by the cast. The chase turned out to be more thrilling due to the high population of citizens in the area at the time.
When UEE returned to the field where the staff was located, however, it was reported that the member had shed tears of embarrassment.

2NE1's CL RETURNS KOREA SAFELY~
Earlier today, we reported that 2NE1 was planning to return to Korea due to the recent natural disasters affecting Japan. On March 12th, CL was the first member to return safely to Korea.
A YG Entertainment representative revealed, “Due to complications with flight reservations, CL has returned to Korea before the other members. The other remaining members will be taking an evening flight to return [to Korea].”
2NE1 left for Japan on March 9th to begin their official Japanese promotions through TV Asahi’s “Music Station” on March 11th. However, the massive earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan yesterday, forced the cancellation of their broadcast.

After releasing his album earlier this week, SS501’s Kim Hyung Jun begun his promotions as a a solo artist on this week’s Music Core.
By joining forces with Korea’s hit producer, E-TRIBE, Kim Hyung Jun’s urban R&B track, “oH! aH!,” will certainly have fans exclaiming ‘ooh!‘ over the exciting serenade of love.

After much drama over the past fortnight, the Big Bang boys are finally back after a long hiatus, as they made their comeback on Music Core with a performance of their new title song, “Tonight“.

IU OPENS CORINNE BAILEY RAE's KOREAN CONCERT
On March 10th, singers Lee Hyori, Jang Jae In, and IU attended Corinne Bailey Rae’s first ever Korean concert.
IU opened up the stage for the international star, and added to the bright atmosphere surrounding the event. She said that she was honored at having to perform for the star, as she previously revealed that Corinne Bailey Rae was her role model.
Corinne Bailey Rae performed over 20 songs with live instruments that really solidified her reputation as one of the best vocalists in music. Lee Hyori , who recently revealed her interest in the guitar, was seen thoroughly enjoying the concert alongside Jang Jae In.
The “musician couple,” Yozoh and Lee Sang Soon were also spotted, plus vocalist Shin Hyo Bum, and f(x)’s Krystal, who stole the hearts of the male audience around her by arriving with a bare face.

TVXQ RELEASES MV TEASER FOR "BEFORE U GO"
On March 11th, TVXQ released the teaser to the title track of their repackaged album, “Before U Go“!
This teaser features powerful footage from the dramatized music video for the title track of their repackaged album, as well as an introduction of the figures that star in it.
Aside from members Yunho and Changmin, actress Go Ara and actor Choi Jong Yoon also make special appearances to add a special touch to the story line.
The classic R&B track focused its attention on bringing out the clarity of Yunho and Changmin’s vocals while depicting the emotional feelings of one man bidding his lover farewell and hoping for her happiness. Heir full repackaged album will include a special intro track, “Before U Go (Monologue),” along with the other standard releases, for a total of 14 tracks.
The special package edition enables fans to put up the actual album as an acrylic frame with 54 different images that can be switched out according to taste.
“Before U Go” will be released online on the 14th, followed by the full album’s release on the 16th.

Certain representatives from the industry have reported that the ‘YongSeo Couple’ of MBC’s “We Got Married” will be concluding their virtual marriage by the end of this month.
A representative of broadcasting revealed, “The Jung Yonghwa and Seohyun couple are currently in discussions to leave the show. They’ve already been on the show for over a year, and it seems their busy schedules are getting in the way.”
Another revealed, “There hasn’t been anything confirmed yet, but it seems they will be recording their final episode for the show within this month. Producers are currently looking for another couple to take their place.”
Rumors about their departure already began circulating shortly after the couple’s wedding photoshoot episode; the program has a tendency of taking couples off the show once they reach a level where they are able to initiate skinship naturally.
Seohyun and Yonghwa’s respective groups also have a busy schedule ahead of them in the coming months, which makes the rumor even more plausible. SNSD will begin focusing on their Japanese promotions in April with “Mr. Taxi” and “Run Devil Run“, and they also have a scheduled concert tour in four different cities. Meanwhile, Yonghwa will be tackling his leading role for MBC’s new drama “Festival“, and is in the midst of juggling promotions for CNBLUE’s comeback.
Both of their agencies, however, commented, “There’s nothing decided yet.”

On March 11th, producers of the show confirmed, “There’s an end to everything. We have been carefully discussing their leave for a while now. It was a difficult decision, and both are very disappointed with the reports that got out before we could finalize everything. Contrary to what’s been reported, the ending has not been shot yet, and it will be sometime next month. The ending will be made as beautifully as possible to reflect what the couple wants.”
They added, “We’ve been searching for replacement couples since six months ago. The new line-up hasn’t been finalized yet, but there are a few that we’re keeping a close eye on. We’ll begin to prepare for the new changes now.”
